Greetings everyone!

I would like to outline some rules to enhance not only the quality of game play for everyone, but also the City itself. The majority of rules apply to level 30 and up. They are as follows:


  1. No Leeching. Anyone level 30 and up who contributes less that 100 Raid points will be kicked. It is very annoying for everyone else to have a leecher in our midst.

  2. Anyone who has an E rating for City Investments will be kicked. Once again, it's very annoying to have a leecher in our midst.

  3. Don't be a dick. No one wants to play a game with a toxic troll.

These rules will take effect next Wednesday, March 1st.
